Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

This is a remote Marketing & Communications Manager position with occasional meet‑ups in London. It starts as a three‑month fixed‑term contract (35 hours per week) with genuine potential to become permanent. You will lead the creation and delivery of multi‑channel campaigns that raise awareness, drive engagement and support the organisation’s purpose‑led mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch engaging multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling, audience‑focused content for digital and offline channels.
• Manage media relations, write press releases and pitch stories to journalists.
• Grow engagement across social media, email marketing and SEO.
• Collaborate with fundraising, campaign and service teams to amplify impact.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into smarter campaigns.
• Oversee budgets, suppliers and external agencies as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering successful marketing and communications campaigns.
• Strong digital marketing expertise across social, email and SEO.
• Experience working with media and securing coverage.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable analysing data and measuring campaign performance.
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Natural relationship builder who enjoys collaboration.
