About the role
We are seeking a Marketing & Community Associate to join a fast‑growing climate‑tech company in London. The role sits within the newly formed Growth team and will be a key voice across community and digital channels, helping to accelerate the adoption of low‑carbon heating solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own community engagement on platforms such as Reddit and Facebook.
- Create compelling content for social media and digital channels.
- Support email and CRM campaigns.
- Manage digital content and contribute to broader growth campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to identify and act on marketing opportunities.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in social, community or generalist marketing.
- Excellent writing and communication abilities.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and online communities.
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded.
- Ability to spot opportunities and drive initiatives forward.
