Marketing & Content Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Content Executive to join a specialist luxury tour operator that curates long‑haul experiences across Africa and the Indian Ocean. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, commercial strategy and product development, requiring strong writing skills and a commercial mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑quality, SEO‑optimised blog posts for luxury long‑haul destinations.
• Draft and refine client‑facing marketing emails and e‑newsletters.
• Edit and enhance existing website copy to align with brand tone.
• Understand product pricing structures and collaborate with commercial and reservations teams.
• Develop creative ideas for social media campaigns and maintain content calendars.
• Produce engaging social captions and analyse performance metrics.
• Source and curate high‑quality imagery and video assets, liaising with suppliers.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in marketing, content or communications.
• Strong copywriting portfolio covering blogs, email campaigns and website copy.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement).
• Experience in luxury travel, hospitality or high‑value product environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using content management systems.
• Familiarity with Canva.
• Basic video editing tools.

• Salary range £35,000 – £40,000 per year.
