Marketing Coordinator – B2B (25 hrs/week)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day delivery of our B2B marketing activities. Working 25 hours per week in our Southampton office, you will help shape customer communications across multiple channels while gaining exposure to the ventilating, air‑conditioning and process‑industry sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish news articles, blogs and LinkedIn posts.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, contact lists and basic performance reporting.
• Make simple website edits (pricing, images, product information) and upload new developments.
• Perform basic SEO tasks, including product description tagging.
• Design on‑brand graphics for web and social media using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Update brochures, PDFs and support product photography.
• Organise digital assets, gather campaign results and assist with marketing research projects.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
