Marketing Coordinator – B2B Professional Services

About the role

We are recruiting a proactive Marketing Coordinator for a growing B2B professional services business in Pinner. The role will support lead generation and deliver multi‑channel marketing initiatives, working both in‑office and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies and social media posts.
• Manage website updates and produce marketing materials.
• Support webinars, events and industry exhibitions.
• Assist with lead generation and business development activities.
• Maintain CRM and marketing databases.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce reports.
• Liaise with external suppliers and provide general marketing support.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of marketing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM platform.
• Experience updating website content.
• Understanding of email‑marketing platforms and Google Analytics.

What we offer

• Salary between £32,000 and £37,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Hybrid working model – three days on‑site, two days remote.
