Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Covent Garden. This is a broad, hands‑on B2B marketing and business development role for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who wants exposure to much more than just social media. Working closely with our Marketing & BD Lead you will be involved across digital marketing, content, CRM, events, research, business development, client communications and marketing collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting B2B marketing and business development activity
• Creating content for LinkedIn, the website and other channels
• Supporting email marketing and client communications
• Producing presentations, capability documents and marketing collateral
• Supporting bids, tenders and business development opportunities
• Helping organise and attend client and industry events
• Maintaining CRM and marketing databases
• Conducting client, market and competitor research
• Supporting marketing analytics and reporting
