About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Data & Insights Executive to join a leading luxury hospitality and leisure business on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is ideal for an analytical marketer who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and managing email marketing programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the marketing reporting function and produce performance reports across all digital channels.
- Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and marketing data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights for website, CRM, email marketing, paid media and customer acquisition activities.
- Manage the execution of email marketing campaigns, including testing, optimisation and automation journeys.
- Maintain the email marketing calendar in collaboration with brand and marketing teams.
- Work closely with sales, membership and operational teams to align marketing activity with business objectives.
Required profile
- Commercially minded analytical marketer with experience in performance reporting and campaign analysis.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for occasional travel).
- Ability to work remotely while attending the Reading office roughly once a week.

- £28,000‑£30,000 per year (visible salary).
