Marketing & Digital Fundraising Manager

About the role

Our client, a not‑for‑profit organisation, is seeking a Marketing & Digital Fundraising Manager to lead the expansion of its fundraising reach. The role is based in Stanmore and will work on‑site five days a week, reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the visual identity, tone of voice, brand guidelines and overall creative standards.
• Set and execute the annual marketing and fundraising strategy.
• Plan and deliver major campaigns across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) and manage PPC performance, cost per donor and ROAS.
• Maintain the website, donation and landing pages, optimise SEO and conversion pathways.
• Lead the email programme, donor journeys, newsletters, automation and re‑engagement of lapsed donors.
• Define content pillars, creative direction and brief freelance social‑media support.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, digital fundraising or a closely related creative role.
• Proven track record of leading a brand repositioning or growth project.
• Demonstrated success running paid digital campaigns that generate measurable income growth.
• Hands‑on experience delivering integrated multi‑channel campaigns.
