Marketing Director – UK & Ireland

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Director to shape and execute our UK & Ireland marketing strategy. This senior leadership position will place new food and beverage products at the core of the business while leading a team of 30 professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing and category strategies to drive growth and consumer acquisition.
• Lead innovation and new product development processes, ensuring profitability and operational excellence.
• Oversee pricing, discount strategies, and range architecture to optimise revenue and margins.
• Manage media budgets and agency briefings to deliver ROI‑driven campaigns.
• Drive social media, PR, and influencer initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with global teams on consumer insights and brand activation.
• Own and optimise the category marketing budget and ensure effective cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing experience in FMCG or fast‑paced retail environments.
• Strong category management expertise with P&L responsibility.
• Marketing or Business degree (MBA preferred).
• Exceptional commercial acumen and consumer insight skills.
• Ability to influence at board level and navigate complex global matrices.
• Track record of defining and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Inspirational leadership and team development capabilities.
