Marketing Event Manager – EMEA

About the role

Dandy is modernising the $400B dental industry and is building an operating system for dental offices worldwide. We are looking for a detail‑oriented Marketing Event Lead to own the planning, coordination and execution of our growing EMEA trade‑show and field‑marketing programme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tier‑3 trade‑show logistics for 30+ events a year across EMEA, including venue selection, shipments, stand setup and staff travel.
• Own Dandy‑hosted and field events from planning through performance reporting, delivering data‑driven insights.
• Lead pre‑event kick‑off calls, train onsite teams and ensure a smooth in‑person selling experience.
• Handle post‑event lead lifecycle: data entry, lead assignment to Sales and timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate pre‑ and post‑show email campaigns with Growth Marketing to drive traffic and nurture leads.
• Oversee onsite operations, track schedules and reconcile event expenses against budgets.
• Recommend trade‑show and sponsorship opportunities based on budget and calendar.
• Maintain a centralised event playbook, SOPs and packing lists for future efficiency.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B event marketing experience, with a proven record of planning and managing trade shows.
• Exceptional project‑management skills; highly organised, detail‑focused and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships internally and externally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional European languages are a plus.
