Marketing Executive Apprentice

About the role

TechFinitive, a leading B2B publisher, is seeking a Marketing Executive Apprentice to join its full‑time apprenticeship programme. You will work on multimedia marketing projects, supporting content creation, social media, video editing and campaign execution for high‑profile technology clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in producing and distributing two weekly newsletters for TechFinitive.com.
• Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn and YouTube content.
• Edit video footage from shows, interviews and events.
• Develop design and copy for advertiser solutions and promotional materials.
• Support outbound email campaigns and help analyse campaign performance.
• Conduct competitor research to refine unique selling points.
• Personalise slide templates and content for sales pitches.
• Help build client content hubs and microsites for advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to track and optimise commercial campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A‑C), including Maths and English.
• Strong interest in multimedia marketing, design, copywriting and video production.
• Previous experience in an office or marketing environment is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly in a fast‑paced B2B publishing setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut or Adobe creative tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Basic video editing capabilities.
