Marketing Executive – B2B Demand Generation

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team in Loughborough. The role offers a chance to develop a broad B2B skill set across demand generation, events, digital, content and marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of integrated campaigns across email, digital, social, events and paid media.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets and deliverables with internal teams and external agencies.
• Organise local events, webinars and conferences, handling logistics, promotion and post‑event follow‑up.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers and suppliers, tracking budgets and invoices.
• Assist in creating, editing and distributing marketing content across channels.
• Maintain marketing calendars, CRM and automation data, and produce performance reports.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably SaaS or technology.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Proactive, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable coordinating activities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
