Marketing Executive – B2B Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Executive to join a fast‑growing B2B manufacturing business. This hands‑on position offers a structured onboarding programme and the chance to work across sales, operations, finance and production while developing a broad digital marketing skillset.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and online advertising.
• Update and optimise website content using a CMS, ensuring SEO‑friendly copy.
• Create marketing assets such as blogs, email newsletters, promotional materials and social media posts.
• Design, schedule and analyse email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance with analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Support brand consistency across all marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to back sales and commercial initiatives.
• Assist with exhibitions, product launches and promotional events.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Enthusiastic, organised and eager to develop a marketing career.

Required skills

• Experience with a CMS for website updates.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Proficiency with analytics tools for campaign reporting.
