Marketing Executive – Digital & Content Focus

About the role

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a creative Marketing Executive to join a well‑established organisation in Exeter. You will work across digital marketing, content creation, events and brand development, delivering initiatives that drive business growth and raise brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for digital, social, email and print channels.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate events, webinars, exhibitions and networking activities from planning to post‑event analysis.
• Manage website content and assist with SEO initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in marketing, communications or business development.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality content for diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Familiarity with website CMS and email marketing platforms.
• Good understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, SEO and analytics.

What we offer

• Salary £32,000‑£38,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
