Marketing Executive – Events (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The National Housing Federation is seeking a Marketing Executive who will own the planning and delivery of event‑focused marketing campaigns. Working across its London and Bristol offices, you will promote NHF conferences and exhibitions, using data‑driven insights to maximise reach and impact for the housing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Commission and manage design, copywriting and proofreading for event collateral.
• Create web pages, social media posts and email campaigns that drive registration and attendance.
• Organise exhibition stands and on‑site branding for NHF events.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on campaign performance, recommending improvements.
• Plan and execute marketing budgets, track promotional spend and raise purchase orders.
• Negotiate and manage external partnerships to amplify event promotion.
• Continuously improve marketing materials and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns for events or conferences.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
