Marketing Executive – Hertfordshire

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team in Hatfield. You will help deliver multi‑channel campaigns that raise brand awareness, engage audiences and support business growth for a global industrial control and automation manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms using Hootsuite.
• Create and maintain a social calendar, producing short‑form content such as TikTok videos.
• Build and send targeted email campaigns via Mailchimp and manage customer data lists.
• Update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Support visual and copy creation for new campaigns.
• Assist with monthly performance reporting for social, email and website channels.
• Manage personal workflows in Jira and contribute to wider marketing projects, exhibitions and partner communications.

Required profile

• Experience with Hootsuite, Mailchimp and CMS platforms.
• Confident using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools for light graphic editing.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social dashboards.
• Excellent written English, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn new skills.
• Professional, approachable and a true team player.
