Marketing Executive

About the role

Timberlake Group is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Executive to join its fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Based in either Lisbon or London, you will execute digital marketing campaigns, manage multiple online storefronts and support lead generation across the Group’s brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO, PPC, social media, email and partnership campaigns.
• Set up, monitor and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn.
• Maintain the annual marketing calendar and run test‑and‑learn experiments.
• Manage website content and storefronts using CMS platforms such as Magento 2, Shopify, Webflow and Squarespace.
• Ensure SEO best practices, site speed and user‑experience standards.
• Design, write and deploy email campaigns via HubSpot, Klaviyo or Salesforce, segment audiences and manage automated flows.
• Create digital assets, flyers, brochures and event materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Analyse performance data with Google Analytics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales teams and strategic partners to align marketing activities with commercial targets.
