Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team in Middlesbrough. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver data‑driven campaigns across social, email, video, SEO and PR channels, supporting the generation of qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market research, analysing trends, competitor activity and audience insights.
• Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
• Manage social media presence, review analytics and propose new ideas.
• Plan and execute lead‑generation campaigns using LinkedIn Ads, PPC and other paid channels.
• Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, infographics and video assets.
• Develop and manage email marketing programmes.
• Implement SEO‑focused content strategies, including blogs and outreach.
• Liaise with third‑party SEO/PPC agencies and PR publications.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously within a small team.
• Experience in B2B marketing with a strong eye for detail.
• Creative thinker who can translate insights into compelling campaigns.
• Commitment to continuous learning and industry training.
