Marketing Executive

About the role

Our client, a leading name in the travel industry, is seeking a creative and commercially‑minded Marketing Executive to join their growing team in Manchester. You will support the planning, execution and analysis of multi‑channel campaigns that promote travel products, engage audiences and drive bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media and promotional materials.
• Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimisation.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance reporting.
• Assist with social media planning, scheduling, community engagement and content creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote destinations, products and special offers.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support the development of brochures, presentations and sales collateral.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help organise trade events, exhibitions, familiarisation trips and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proactive, organised and passionate about delivering effective marketing campaigns.
• Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong copy‑writing and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and pay great attention to detail.
