Marketing Executive

About the role

Jumeirah Carlton Tower is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of its luxury hospitality brand in the heart of Knightsbridge, London. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Assistant Manager to implement strategic initiatives that enhance the hotel’s reputation and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager in executing marketing strategies and day‑to‑day operations.
• Act as a brand steward, ensuring all communications align with the hotel’s brand strategy and maintaining the artwork archive.
• Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, supporting photo and video shoots and maintaining the image library.
• Develop and execute an annual PR plan, manage PR activities and events, respond to media queries, and produce monthly PR reports.
• Plan and implement an annual social media strategy, maintain channels, support shoots, and deliver monthly performance reports.
• Support the activation of strategic luxury partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations to strengthen brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• 2‑4 years of marketing experience within a luxury hospitality brand, premium consumer brand or luxury travel company.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Revenue, Operations, Finance, HR and Corporate Marketing.
• Experience managing external agencies (creative, digital, media, social, PR, advertising) to deliver successful campaigns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the capacity to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
