Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the growth of the Oxford English Language Level Test (Oxford ELLT) and Oxford ELLT Spotlight across established and emerging markets. You will deliver integrated B2B, B2B2C and B2C campaigns that raise awareness, drive adoption and strengthen partner engagement in a fast‑moving global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and partner acquisition.
• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Increase partner engagement through targeted campaigns, sales enablement and co‑marketing activities.
• Support test registrations, lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Maintain consistent product positioning across all channels and markets.
• Use data, market intelligence and customer insights to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK and willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• Educated to degree level with a professional marketing qualification.
• Proven hands‑on experience in a marketing role, preferably in a revenue‑driven environment.
• Experience developing collateral, sales materials and maintaining design quality.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data compliance.

Required skills

• HubSpot marketing automation (preferred).
• WordPress (and Elementor) website management.
• Canva for design creation.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• SEO and CMS content development.
• Copywriting for professional and digital audiences.
