Marketing Executive – Luxury Fragrance Brands

About the role

The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver best‑in‑class marketing programmes for a portfolio of luxury fragrance brands across the UK and Ireland. This collaborative role requires strong attention to detail, creativity and a passion for premium beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns for the UK & Ireland market.
• Collaborate with external creative agencies to produce promotional sites and window displays that follow global brand guidelines and stay within budget.
• Partner with Sales, Education and boutique managers to ensure marketing initiatives are clearly communicated and implemented across retail teams.
• Assist the PR & Communications Manager with planning, coordinating and reporting KOL and customer events, especially around new product launches.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of local campaigns, events and activations, providing insights and reporting to inform future strategies.
• Work with retail partners to design and secure in‑store activations, develop proposals and support retailer strategy presentations.
• Maintain accurate budget trackers for PR and Marketing spend, coordinate supplier payments and share presentations with global teams on deadline.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury beauty or high‑end department store trade.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between sales and marketing in a retail or trade‑marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to speak French is advantageous.
