Marketing Executive (Remote-first)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join a well‑established B2B technology and professional training organisation. The role is remote‑first with occasional visits to the Hampshire office and offers the chance to own key marketing activities across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and SEO‑optimised.
• Support website improvement projects to enhance user experience and performance.
• Coordinate and deliver online webinars, handling preparation, promotion and post‑event follow‑up.
• Create and edit digital marketing assets such as graphics and video content.
• Assist integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Help organise exhibitions, events and virtual marketing activities.
• Maintain marketing databases and produce campaign reporting as required.
• Contribute to wider marketing initiatives as part of a collaborative team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator or similar B2B marketing role.
• Experience managing website content through a CMS.
• Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and online marketing activity.
• Experience supporting or coordinating webinars or virtual events.
• Basic graphic design and/or video editing abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new marketing tools.
