Marketing Executive – Video Production

About the role

We are seeking a creative Marketing Executive (Video) to produce high‑quality video content that showcases the Content Guru brand, engages audiences and supports our global marketing objectives. Based in Bracknell, you will manage the full video production cycle from filming to post‑production and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit a variety of video assets including customer interviews, corporate events and product demos.
• Set up and operate DSLR cameras, lighting and audio equipment to ensure professional‑grade footage.
• Develop scripts and storyboards in collaboration with the content team.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator, incorporating voice‑overs and translations as needed.
• Publish and optimise video content across YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn and other digital channels to maximise reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with marketing and digital teams to align video projects with broader campaigns and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in film, media production or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience filming with DSLR cameras and handling lighting/audio setups.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
