About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Growth Executive to join a fast‑growing technology business in Sevenoaks. Working closely with senior leadership, you will own multi‑channel campaigns, support product launches and help drive customer acquisition and overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, email, website and sales materials.
• Support product launches and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Assist with marketing budgets and growth strategy.
• Support website optimisation, SEO and customer‑journey enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales to increase lead generation and conversion.
• Research new markets, customer segments and growth opportunities.
• Utilise AI tools to improve marketing performance, content creation and productivity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in marketing, growth or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
