About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong B2B background to drive lead generation, support sales growth, and help shape the future direction of our specialist business serving commercial, manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and revenue growth.
Lead a small marketing team and collaborate closely with the Commercial Director and Sales team.
Support product launches and improve digital performance across multiple channels.
Generate qualified leads and strengthen the company’s market position.

Required profile

Proven B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead generation and campaign management.
Background in manufacturing, commercial or industrial environments.
Experience managing or mentoring staff; product‑based industry experience is a plus.
Ability to commute to Carrington, Manchester.
