Marketing Manager – Brand & Corporate

About the role

Fresh is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to shape and deliver its brand vision across both B2C and B2B audiences. Working closely with the marketing leadership team, you will own multi‑channel campaigns, enhance brand presence and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution and measurement of non‑divisional marketing campaigns for B2C and B2B markets.
• Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships to uncover partnership and revenue opportunities.
• Oversee internal and external communications, event coordination and the Fresh “Be Programme”.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecast spend and report performance to clients and internal teams.
• Support strategic projects, lead award submissions and ensure the “Fresh Difference” is embedded across all activities.
• Supervise the Graphic Designer, set objectives, KPIs and provide ongoing development.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering brand‑focused campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and a data‑driven approach to performance reporting.
