Marketing Manager – Construction Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to join a specialist construction company. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will shape internal and external communications, covering brand, PR, digital campaigns, print and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal and external communications plans and create compelling content.
• Partner with HR and senior leadership to support change‑management initiatives.
• Manage and grow digital channels, including website, email marketing and social media.
• Produce high‑quality print materials such as posters, brochures, signage and presentations.
• Plan and deliver corporate events, attending on‑site when required.
• Lead media relations, including press releases, journalist enquiries and securing coverage.
• Maintain strong relationships with trade and regional press.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Shape positioning and promotion of products and services across business units.

Required profile

• A degree in a marketing‑related field.
• Solid generalist marketing experience across communications, digital, print and events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between client sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using marketing analytics tools.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
