Marketing Manager & Designer (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Hackajob Ltd is seeking a versatile Marketing Manager and Designer to support its brand and communications for a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work closely with the AND team to evolve the visual identity, create marketing collateral and help shape brand positioning for a tech‑focused consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the company’s core visual identity, including logos, typography, colour palettes and design systems.
• Define brand positioning, target personas and messaging frameworks in collaboration with the wider team.
• Design internal and external marketing assets such as one‑pagers, pitch decks, Google Slide presentations, social media ads, landing pages, email graphics and web banners.
• Ensure all materials adhere strictly to brand guidelines, tone of voice and business standards.
• Support branding and logistics for client events, industry conferences and internal initiatives, including the creation of event materials.
• Assist with website branding updates and collaborate with internal and external web partners.
• Work with the Content Manager to produce engaging content for the website, blogs, email campaigns and social channels.
