Marketing Manager – Financial Services (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to join a well‑established financial services business in London. Working in a hybrid environment, you will shape and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and commercial growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies supporting business growth and brand visibility.
• Plan and launch campaigns across digital, social, email, events and other relevant channels.
• Lead go‑to‑market activities for new products and services.
• Manage and optimise the company website and social media platforms.
• Create marketing collateral, thought‑leadership content, case studies and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
• Oversee relationships with external agencies, designers and partners.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and recommend improvements.
• Administer the marketing budget to ensure value for money.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a hands‑on Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role.
• Experience within financial services is advantageous.
• Track record of developing and launching successful marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and digital channels.
