Marketing Manager – Full‑time, Permanent

About the role

International House London is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its language education, teacher training and international programmes. You will own the development and execution of marketing strategies that raise brand awareness, engage learners and drive revenue across both B2B and B2C segments. This is a full‑360° role, covering paid and organic channels, with the opportunity to specialise in areas such as email, SEO, and content.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver targeted marketing plans for assigned product areas.
• Drive multi‑channel campaigns across the entire customer journey.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Develop B2B and B2C communications, messaging and value propositions.
• Plan, execute and optimise email, SEO, paid‑search and social campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide data‑led recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 360° marketing within a fast‑paced environment.
• Data‑led mindset with strong commercial awareness.
• Creative and strategic thinking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in education or service‑based sectors is a plus.
