Marketing Manager – Infrastructure Investments & Real Assets

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to lead brand, communications and marketing activities for a leading international investment platform focused on infrastructure and real assets. Reporting into a high‑visibility corporate affairs function, you will shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders and drive the profile of a fast‑growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the firm’s brand across Europe.
• Lead the rollout of a major rebrand programme across multiple markets.
• Own digital marketing, including website management, social media strategy and content planning.
• Create thought‑leadership campaigns showcasing market expertise and investment insights.
• Manage relationships with external PR, marketing and creative agencies.
• Produce high‑quality marketing collateral, presentations and stakeholder communications.
• Support fundraising and investor engagement through targeted campaigns.
• Partner with product, investor relations and business development teams to ensure consistent market positioning.
• Act as the marketing lead for infrastructure mandates, aligning them with the corporate brand.
• Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to enhance external profile.

Required profile

• Marketing, communications or PR experience within asset management, financial services, infrastructure, private markets or a related sector.
• Proven experience managing corporate brands and delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of investor‑facing communications.
• Ability to translate complex technical or financial concepts into clear, engaging content.
