Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Marketing Manager at Savers, you will bring the brand to life across both physical stores and digital platforms. You will lead customer‑focused campaigns that boost engagement, raise brand awareness and drive sales growth while keeping the customer at the centre of every decision.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end creation and rollout of in‑store marketing materials and point‑of‑sale assets, working closely with buying and design teams.
• Manage relationships with external printers, ensuring timelines, costs and quality meet trading priorities.
• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategy, content calendars, blogs and customer email programmes.
• Lead the marketing team’s day‑to‑day activities to deliver digital content and campaigns on schedule.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as followers, engagement, reach and sales impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement CRM strategies and leverage user‑generated content opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or consumer‑focused marketing, with a track record of delivering successful in‑store and online campaigns.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and external partners.
• Customer‑first attitude with a passion for building brand love.

Required skills

• Experience managing point‑of‑sale and in‑store marketing assets.
• Proficiency in planning and executing social media and email marketing programmes.
• Ability to analyse KPI data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
