Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for Tish Lyon, a premium consumer jewellery and piercing brand. The role sits at the heart of the business, driving growth across our flagship John Lewis partnership, ecommerce channel and physical events.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture the John Lewis partnership, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Lead end‑to‑end creative production, briefing photographers, designers, videographers and other creatives to deliver on‑brand assets.
• Protect and develop the Tish Lyon brand, ensuring all communications are accurate and consistent.
• Manage the influencer programme, selecting partners and overseeing content creation.
• Plan and execute events and physical print campaigns.
• Drive ecommerce growth, coordinating performance optimisation and conversion initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including paid media, SEO, social, content and ecommerce performance through agencies.
• Lead, mentor and manage junior team members and external freelancers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing for premium consumer brands, with a strong focus on partnership and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic direction with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent creative judgment and an eye for high‑quality visual output.
• Comfortable working with agencies, freelancers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and drive results.
