Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the UK marketing function for a fast‑growing automotive subscription business. The role is hands‑on, responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation and brand awareness while working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the B2C marketing strategy for the UK market.
• Own customer acquisition and lead generation across digital channels.
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media channels and content strategy.
• Create and optimise website and e‑commerce content.
• Oversee external SEO and marketing agency relationships.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and optimise activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2C Marketing Manager role, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Proven track record of successful lead‑generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability to use data for campaign optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Salary £50,000‑£55,000 per year plus a quarterly bonus.
