Marketing Manager

About the role

The law firm in Wokingham is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of its marketing and business development strategy. You will work closely with senior partners, the CFO and department heads to raise the firm’s profile and generate new enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the firm‑wide marketing and business development strategy in partnership with the Marketing Partner and CFO.
• Collaborate with department heads to create annual marketing plans and manage the marketing budget.
• Lead strategic projects, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and firm needs are addressed.
• Analyse market data and research insights to drive growth and report on ROI of campaigns.
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, events and client‑segmented activities.
• Maintain and enhance the client database as a marketing information system.
• Support fee earners with cross‑selling opportunities and manage pitch preparation.
• Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and manage external service providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably within professional services.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent project‑management skills with a holistic view of organisational needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners, senior management and external vendors.
