About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑focused B2B Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for a market‑leading industrial packaging manufacturer. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape strategy, own campaign delivery and directly influence lead generation and brand growth across the UK and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to support pipeline development and revenue targets.
• Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, LinkedIn activity and overall website performance.
• Lead website optimisation and conversion‑rate improvement initiatives.
• Create compelling content for digital and print channels.
• Coordinate product launches, exhibitions and industry events.
• Analyse campaign data, monitor market trends and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop a Marketing Executive.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in a B2B marketing role.
• Commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment while collaborating across functions.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making.
