About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our UK marketing strategy for a thriving cheese processing business. The role will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution to boost brand presence, customer engagement and commercial growth across the B2B food manufacturing market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a UK‑wide marketing approach in close partnership with commercial teams to drive sustainable growth.
• Shape brand visibility through integrated campaigns, communications and industry events.
• Lead insight‑driven planning, using performance data to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create clear briefs for marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and high standards.
• Expand exhibition and event programmes to maximise audience relevance and commercial return.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, translating marketing priorities into actionable plans.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a marketing leader, preferably within B2B food manufacturing or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the UK market and ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
• Experience delivering campaigns and events that generate measurable engagement and commercial outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Events Management or a related discipline.
