Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, hands‑on Marketing Manager to build and lead a new marketing function for a fast‑growing homeware manufacturer. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will shape the overall marketing strategy, strengthen the brand portfolio and drive customer engagement across B2B and consumer channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy.
• Manage and grow the portfolio of brands, ensuring consistent positioning.
• Plan, execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns.
• Identify new market opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
• Oversee website management and digital content creation.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, catalogues and sales support materials.
• Lead social‑media activity and content creation across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design and Product Development on new product launches and customer presentations.
• Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
• Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems, monitor campaign performance and analyse ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role.
• Background in home fragrance, homewares, gifting, consumer products, retail or FMCG.
• Commercially minded with the ability to turn ideas into results.
• Strong copywriting, communication and presentation abilities.
