Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive integrated campaigns for our outdoor retail brands, including Cotswold Outdoor, Snow + Rock and Runners Need. You will shape brand experiences across retail, digital, social, CRM and paid channels, helping customers get outside and explore more.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal activity and product launches across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing activity with customer, brand and commercial priorities.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer insights and brand metrics to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and use data‑driven insights to inform decisions.
• Line‑manage and develop Marketing Executive(s).

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience in a premium retail, lifestyle or consumer‑facing brand.
• Strong track record of planning and delivering integrated campaigns and media plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and experience working with agencies.
• Commercially minded with budget management experience.
• Collaborative, organised and able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
