Marketing Manager – Lead & Develop Marketing Team

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a multi‑disciplinary marketing team, drive performance and deliver high‑impact campaigns. You will balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution while collaborating across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a diverse marketing team to ensure high‑quality output.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations and allocate resources in line with business objectives.
• Coordinate projects from brief to delivery, overseeing timelines and budgets.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted marketing advisor.
• Work with external agencies, freelancers and suppliers to deliver campaigns on schedule.
• Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Ensure all marketing material meets brand standards and business goals.
• Support events, partnerships and wider business initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise results.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a marketing management or leadership role, with responsibility for team development.
• Proven track record delivering integrated marketing campaigns and managing multiple projects.
• Confidence using data, reporting tools and marketing analytics to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of digital channels such as email marketing, SEO, paid social and lead generation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers and external partners.
