Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact, multi‑channel marketing initiatives and campaigns for both digital platforms and physical stores.
• Drive lead generation, optimise cost‑per‑lead (CPL) and cost‑per‑acquisition (CPA), and support franchise partners with tailored assets.
• Manage and report on significant marketing budgets, tracking performance and ROI.
• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from strategy through execution, mentoring a team of marketing professionals.

Required profile

• Proven track record in devising and executing marketing strategies.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and leading teams.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; 2+ years in a marketing manager role.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
