Marketing Manager – Remote with UK Travel

About the role

We are partnering with a market‑leading national training provider that is expanding rapidly. The Marketing Manager will operate remotely, travelling across the UK fortnightly, and will report directly to the Commercial Director. This senior role offers the chance to shape marketing strategy, lead a team and drive measurable commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets.
• Lead, coach and develop an established in‑house marketing team.
• Drive lead generation across multiple service lines through innovative, commercially focused campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director to align marketing activities with sales objectives and overall business strategy.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI for all initiatives.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer journeys and conversion data to continuously improve results.
• Develop employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Identify new markets and growth opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee external agencies, suppliers and marketing technology where required.
• Support exhibitions, industry events and stakeholder engagement across the UK.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior Marketing Manager or Commercial Marketing role with responsibility for strategy and team leadership.
• Demonstrable success delivering measurable ROI and driving commercial growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
