Marketing Operations & Data Privacy Analyst

About the role

Fisher Investments is seeking a Marketing Operations & Data Privacy Analyst to join the Global Private Client Group (PCG) Marketing team in London. Reporting to the Group Manager, you will work closely with Legal Compliance, Communications and Enterprise Risk Management to ensure marketing processes meet global privacy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recommend and develop improved business processes across Global PCG Marketing.
• Manage third‑party vendor onboarding and expansion in partnership with ERM and internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Communicate process changes and deliver training to affected employees.
• Oversee marketing inbox management, third‑party payment processing and new market expansion activities.
• Ensure marketing campaigns comply with data‑privacy regulations across North America, Europe, APAC and other regions through audits and ongoing oversight.
• Interpret privacy regulations for new international markets and advise on their application to marketing activities.
• Review and route vendor contracts, gaining insight into global business initiatives.
• Act as liaison between Global PCG Marketing and the Legal Compliance and Communications Department.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in data privacy and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment that demands flexibility and creativity.
• Proven capability to prioritize tasks and projects with varying complexities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with employees at all levels.
