About the role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing business as a Marketing Operations Executive. You will support the delivery of marketing campaigns, manage client content, and ensure smooth coordination across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule client content across various platforms
- Manage artwork traffic and production costing
- Maintain and update content tracking systems
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports on content performance
- Distribute campaign assets and oversee campaign logistics
- Administer client accounts and general database upkeep
- Support key stakeholders and internal departments
Required profile
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Experience in administrative roles
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Professional phone manner and client‑facing experience
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
