Marketing Operations Intern

About the role

Join Pixi Beauty’s fast‑growing Marketing Operations team as an intern in London. You will support the day‑to‑day administrative management of the global marketing program, ensuring accurate assembly, shipping, and reporting for the PR and product launch initiatives from July 2026 to July 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Track inbound shipments, keep timelines up to date and report any discrepancies to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
• Review upcoming event timelines and alert the management team to priority items.
• Assist with shipping quality‑control tests for program launches, monitor deliveries to head offices and document approvals.
• Create assembly specifications for new programs and request quotes from warehouses.
• Monitor assembly builds, escalating any delays to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
• Handle courier confirmations, commercial invoices and required shipping paperwork.
• Visit warehouses to verify the quality of assembled builds.
• Produce end‑of‑project reports, including inventory review and gap analysis.
• Scout new ambassadors and source swag and packaging materials.
• Support the operations team with year‑end project‑based tasks.

Required profile

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Operations or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organisational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Positive team player attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
