Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, analytical, AI‑native Specialist to join our global Growth Operations & Lifecycle hub. Reporting to the Head of Growth Operations & Lifecycle Globally, you will own the technical architecture and data flows that power our multi‑segment marketing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology evaluations and vendor assessments for major MarTech platforms, gathering cross‑functional requirements and mapping dependencies.
• Drive the migration and backend overhaul of core marketing systems, ensuring seamless data synchronization with the primary CRM.
• Conduct deep‑dive technical audits to identify data mismatches, routing bottlenecks, and automation leaks, resolving issues independently.
• Build and manage backend routing, scoring, and data models for enterprise and high‑velocity B2B segments.
• Pilot and integrate AI‑driven tools, webhooks, and automation scripts to eliminate manual bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Solid experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Systems Engineering, or MarTech Management within a fast‑paced B2B, SaaS or Fintech environment.
• Hands‑on experience leading major platform migrations or complex technology onboarding with zero downtime.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to view technical changes in terms of commercial outcomes.
• Ambitious, resilient and comfortable managing multiple technical projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.

Required skills

• Administrator‑level expertise with enterprise marketing automation platforms.
• Deep understanding of CRM data architecture and relational databases.
• Experience with AI‑driven automation, webhooks and modern scripting tools.
