Marketing & PR Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing & PR Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, working hybrid with one day per week on‑site in Oxford. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, allowing you to shape the company’s marketing and public‑relations activities across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead PR initiatives and manage the external PR agency.
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Design brochures, leaflets, presentations, social media assets and other collateral.
• Support internal communications and maintain brand consistency.
• Promote events and build relationships with external partners.
• Identify new PR, partnership and marketing opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and track competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a PR, marketing or communications role.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Confidence using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with attention to detail.
