Marketing & PR Manager

About the role

We are Cunningham, a leading construction company operating across the UK and Europe. We are seeking an experienced and talented Marketing & PR Manager to join our high‑performing team in Newry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and lead marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media channels.
• Create and manage engaging content for the website, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Design and implement PR strategies, draft press releases and maintain media relationships.
• Oversee social media accounts, schedule posts and monitor trends to boost engagement.
• Plan and execute company events, trade shows and industry conferences.
• Conduct market research, analyse data and produce reports to support business development.
• Produce internal communications, newsletters and updates to keep employees informed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing/PR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites and Canva.
• Experience using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Skilled in visual content editing.
