Marketing & Relationships Manager

About the role

This part‑time role is based in Stockport, offering hybrid/flexible working. The successful candidate will lead marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement and income‑generation activities for a well‑established not‑for‑profit organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content across platforms.
• Produce high‑quality marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures and supporter packs.
• Maintain website content via WordPress and coordinate video, testimonial and impact‑story production.
• Lead email marketing campaigns and supporter communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, funders, corporate partners and community groups.
• Represent the organisation at networking events and external forums.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities, develop applications and manage fundraising pipelines using a CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and communications within a non‑profit or similar sector.
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, donors and corporate partners.
• Experience in fundraising, grant writing or income‑generation activities.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
